Honestly, the Pose Down Magazine is at the top of my wife’s (and mine as well) personal favorites to get insight, captured pictures, well thought out “real” articles and conforms to the goal of “lean and mean” as it, the publication, is not clouded with unnecessary advertisement and conforms to getting the bodybuilding facts out in an inspirationally clean format.
