Hey Joe!!!

Great article on the traits of leadership. I started cutting back on running on the treadmill and used more time just doing a high incline walk. The results have been great for tightening up the skin and burning the fat!! I remember you taught me this at the Academy for the P.T. test, and it really does work!! Keep sending the tips and reaching for the stars Ironman!!

I'm a college baseball player looking to soon be a minor leaguer. I enjoy reading Joe Leahy's column each month, it really motivates me on the days I'm dragging and need an extra push.

Awesome magazine!!!! I enjoy reading the regular articles written by Iron Joe Leahy for the "Blue Collar Bodybuilder". Joe has been an inspiration and a motivator in fitness since I met him in 2006 at my Academy. May Joe and Pose Down Magazine continue to have great success in 2010 and beyond!!

Hey Posedownmag ! Thanks for making this great site... love all the information and pics you provide. Great great coverage on all your athletes, however I have to say though, the NUMBER 1 reason I come to this site is to see the articles made by Joe Leahy. He is full knowledge and very much so an inspiration. I take anything and everything he has to teach straight to the gym, and I pass this site off to everyone I know that asks me how to partake in world of bodybuilding. Good Job guys... and Joe, keep doing what you do best, it's definitally working !

I have been working out with Joe as his tanning partner for about 4 and 1/2 months now. He defiantly knows what he is doing, especially when it comes to hard work, diet and dedication. Joe has taught me a lot in the gym and it's helped me get though the tough times. As stated in his article job, money and family can be a hard when it comes to training but that's expected. I have to juggle two wonderful children and a very dedicated wife that is currently full time in College, much respect to her for all the crap she puts up with from me. Joe you are truly great man and you have taught me many things to keep me focused in the blue collar bodybuilding sector. I would like to say "Thank you for giving me your time and THANK YOU for being a great friend" Rabbit OUT!
